At Future Gen, we believe everybody should love what they do. This core belief starts with exploring and identifying your interests to understand how your passion applies to the world around you. That’s why we’ve developed a revolutionary platform that introduces the emerging workforce to career possibilities driven by their unique story.
Our Story
Back in 2019, Eddie Mazariegos and Zac Bouchard noticed that while their college peers had great drive and passion, they didn't necessarily know how to channel their talents to advance their careers.
In order to bridge that gap, they decided to start a student organization focused on helping students kickoff their careers in finance through mentorship.

Today, Future Gen is committed to helping the emerging workforce explore their interests, develop the skills they need to succeed, and build the confidence they need to pursue careers that are right for them. Our mission is to provide the resources, support, and guidance to make that happen.
